Zack Hills-Brown

Since the age of three, I’ve trained and competed in martial arts including karate, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai. What began as a passion for sport grew into a lifelong dedication to teaching self-defence, fitness, and healthy living through exercise and nutrition.
Alongside my work as a personal trainer, I bring real-world experience as a licensed security professional, giving me unique insight into practical self-defence.
I’ve coached a wide range of clients, from junior athletes to individuals with special educational needs and older adults with diverse health considerations, always tailoring training to each person’s abilities and goals.
With a background competing in martial arts, rugby, and athletics at school through to international levels, and with qualifications including Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Martial Arts Instructor, and SIA Level 3 Door Supervisor, I combine technical expertise with hands-on experience to help clients build strength, resilience, skills, and confidence.
